		<description>Dude, I &lt;b&gt;so&lt;/b&gt; wouldn&#039;t continue your personal projects--at least not if you&#039;ve already signed anything from EA. You&#039;re probably good until you sign, but once you do, you have an automatic success limiter. You won&#039;t be able to sell your work anywhere but your own site and even if that turns out successful, every dime you bring in can be confiscated by EA. And frankly, EA&#039;s relatively likely to pursue such a claim even if it doesn&#039;t bring them more money that it&#039;ll cost to pry it away from you. That&#039;s because such policies can be overturned later if they don&#039;t take steps to assert their rights now.</description>
